FU321M is a Bulgarian universal milling machine produced by Arsenal JSC - one of the oldest Bulgarian companies with a production of military equipment and metalworking machines dating back as far as 1878. Currently, the company has a very broad scope of products implementing a closed production cycle (from raw materials to end products) and a modern quality management system ISO 9001, certified by Lloyd's Quality Register Assurance. FU321M has a 320x1350 work table with five 18x63mm T-slots, a 45 degree swivel, 460mm manual vertical travel (440 in automatic mode) and 2500mm/min rapid traverse in X and Y axes (1040 in the Z-axis). It has a stepless feed regulation, automatic lubrication and worktable lighting. The spindle speed is 32 to 1600rpm (40 to 2000 can be ordered by client's request) with 18 speeds and it has an ISO 50 taper. The machine is powered by a 7.5kW main motor and a 2.2kW feed motor. The machine is offered by EIM-Trade Ltd. with the following equipment - a rotary index table, a universal index table, vertical and universal milling heads, a slotting head, a horizontal swivel vice, a set of arbors and collets with a collet chuck and a clamping kit. A digital display system and 3-axial panel feed controls with a display can be ordered optionally, as well as an automatic cycle for the longitudinal movement, a mechanism for the longitudinal screw travel without a backlash and a Y-axis safety guard.
